Civil Airfield Cisnădie / Măgura (LRCD)

Hangar parking is possible with PPR and is significantly more expensive than open parking. Example: hangar about €10 for 12 hours. Example: landing about €5. Infrastructure is minimal, with only a basic fuel truck; Avgas may be available by prior arrangement but is described as very expensive. No other facilities are present. The runway (15/33) is in acceptable condition and better marked, though the taxiway can be bumpy. For departures from runway 15, avoid overflying the military area about 500 m left of the departure path; instead, continue straight to the lake chain about 1.5 NM before turning crosswind and follow the lakes to the motorway. Animals and storks may be present on the runway, especially in August. The airfield is about 6 km by taxi from the city center. VFR ICAO charts for Romania are available at aisro.ro.
