Maribor Airport (LJMB)

Maribor (LJMB) is a well-equipped airport with a 2500m hard-surface runway, ILS approach, and both Avgas 100LL and Jet A1 available. Customs and immigration are available during normal operating hours, typically 0700z–1630z, and Schengen entry/exit is handled quickly; for technical or fuel stops, formalities are straightforward. ATC is flexible with convenient arrivals and departures.

Fees are generally low for GA. Example: landing about €20; landing plus handling about €40; technical landing plus short parking about €50. Rental cars can be arranged via Sixt Maribor with delivery to the airport at no extra charge; taxis to the city cost around €15, or the city can be reached by train from Orehova Vas station after a 20-minute walk (1.7 km).
