The airfield is operated by the Pichi Graziani family, who offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Communication in Italian is recommended if Marcello is on the radio; Andrea speaks English. No PPR is generally required, but a phone call for special arrangements is suggested. The runway is typically operated one-way due to buildings near threshold 20.

Overnight accommodation for two people Example: about €80, with breakfast about €10 and dinner about €50. On-site dining can be arranged with advance notice, including home-cooked Tuscan dinners; no dedicated restaurant exists, but summer grilling is possible.
A car may be available from the owners for local transport, and guests have been driven into town by the hosts. The airfield is close to Sansepolcro town.
