Falconara is quite good for a CAT airport in IT. As described, email ops@ancona-airport.com: Minimum Handling and ETA/ETD. They reply quickly.
Parking on Apron A, opposite side of the RWY from the terminal. Marshaller and taxi are there; chocks on request.
All major car rental companies are in the arrivals terminal—be sure to pre-book online—otherwise about triple the price on site!
Ancona is 17 km away.
For departure, go to Security, register your private flight there; a staff member accompanies you to settle the bill, then a taxi to the aircraft from there.
Landing and 4 nights parking, MTOW 1400 and 2 crew = €90 (incl. handling).
Tower friendly and helpful on arrival and departure.
Avgas available, not needed.

IFR operations are supported with flexible altitude coordination; SIDs may require FL160, but lower levels such as FL100 are accepted when requested. Expect to transit through the main terminal for GA processing, which can add up to 30 minutes. All major car rental agencies are located in the arrivals terminal; online booking is advised to avoid higher walk-up prices. Ancona city is 17 km from the airport.
Fees for landing and parking vary: Example: landing and four nights parking about €90; another example: landing and two days parking about €170. Handling, marshalling, and crew transport may be charged separately, with marshalling and crew transport over 100 meters about €50. Procedures for payment and security involve registering at security on departure, being escorted for payment, then returning to the aircraft. Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, though some processes can be lengthy or complicated.
Jet A1 is available; Avgas is not officially available but may be obtainable via Aeroclub Ancona (www.aeroclubancona.com). Hangar space exists (about €50/day). No on-field aircraft rental is available; alternatives are suggested at Fano (LIDF) nearby.
