Uncomplicated, almost deserted airfield. 48 hr PPR due to fire brigade standby. But on weekends there are 1 or 2 jump aircraft operating, so you can just fly in—monitor the aerodrome frequency and/or Bologna Approach to hear when a drop has taken place / aircraft are on the ground. Do not land when parachutists are in the air.
Taxi best via app, or by kwiggle ;-)
No fees, no Avgas, no service.
Caution—on Mondays the field is closed! Really closed, from prior experience ;-)

Nice airport close of Ravenna and Mirabilandia park. On weekends there is some parajumping activity, during the week it's mostly with blind messages. No landing fee at all. Avgas available from the aeroclub but call beforehand.

Operations require 48-hour PPR due to fire service arrangements; however, on weekends, parajumping activity is common and arrivals may be possible without strict PPR if coordinated via the local frequency or Bologna Approach. The airfield is closed on Mondays. Communication is typically in Italian, and there is no tower; position reports in the circuit are expected. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
No landing fees are charged. Example: taxi to Ravenna about €30. Hangar parking may be available if arranged in advance. No Avgas for visitors except by prior arrangement with the aeroclub; no other services or maintenance reported. The on-field club restaurant/bar is simple and sometimes closed outside core hours.
Taxis can be ordered via app or Radiotaxi Ravenna (Tel. 33888), but availability may be limited at peak times; expect a 15-minute ride to the city. Ravenna’s historic center and beaches are easily accessible by taxi.
Parachuting operations are frequent, especially on weekends; do not land when jumpers are in the air. The airfield is generally welcoming, but infrastructure and services are minimal.
