Civil Airfield Maubeuge Elesmes (LFQJ)

LFQJ has a 1300 m asphalt runway and operates on a French-only self-announce basis. IFR departures are possible with coordination from Lille. The airfield is described as functional, though not particularly scenic, and is located near the Belgian border. A café exists on site, but its availability varies; sometimes it is closed, and assistance may be needed to access bathroom facilities. UL91 fuel is available. No landing fees are charged.
