Rochefort Charente Maritime Airport (LFDN)

IFR and VFR operations are straightforward, with English-speaking staff and helpful ATC. The airfield is GA-focused and in good condition. Self-service fuel is available with credit card payment. Access to the field is possible at any time with a code. Taxis to Rochefort take about 20 minutes and cost around €40. Poor public transport connections; car hire (Europcar) is available in Rochefort. Example: landing fee about €10; eight days parking about €200.
