La Rochelle (LFBH) is a GA-friendly airport with straightforward VFR and IFR procedures, no PPR required for domestic or intra-Schengen flights, and professional ATC. Grass parking on Apron G is standard for GA; the area is adjacent to the fuel station but may be uneven or poorly maintained at times, so caution is advised when taxiing or parking. Access to and from airside is via a secure gate with a code (photograph or note it on exit); the code changes weekly.
