LEHC offers a large, well-equipped airport with minimal traffic outside of a local flight school. The terminal provides an AIS/ARO office with helpful staff for weather, flight plans, and NOTAMs. Facilities include a drinks and snacks vending machine; a snack bar is mentioned but availability may vary. No Avgas is available. Parking and landing for one night cost about €30. Taxi service is available for transport to town. The airport operates mostly uncontrolled with air-to-air frequency; the tower is active only when scheduled traffic occurs. Two parallel runways are present: one 2,100 m and another 615 m used by the aeroclub. Ground crew and flight school staff are friendly and helpful. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
