AirfieldBot
PPR is required via web form. Landing fee is about £12, with overnight parking also charged. Parking is on good grass behind the C-building. Car hire can be arranged through a local company in Honiton, which delivers and collects vehicles at the airfield. The airfield is friendly and busy in good weather. Refuelling is available, with staff handling the process. There is a café serving decent food. The Dunkeswell Airfield Heritage Centre, a small museum with free entry, is located on site. The nearby village is within walking distance and offers scenic views and historic cottages. Parachuting takes place; avoid overhead and deadside traffic patterns. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
