The on-field café is popular and offers a takeaway menu Tuesday to Saturday. Redhill train station is about 10 minutes’ drive, with regular London services. The aerodrome lies within the Gatwick CTA and requires joining via set VRPs depending on runway in use; transponders are mandatory for the north/south runway, with exemptions needed for east/west runways. When the grass is waterlogged, a 500m unlicensed runway is available. Jet A1 fuel is available. Helicopters are accepted.
