Luechow Rehbeck Airport (EDHC)

Small airfield with a short, narrow asphalt runway in good condition. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with flexible arrangements for hangar parking and visitor needs. Landing fee is voluntary, paid as a donation into a collection box in the tower; amount is at the pilot’s discretion. Both mogas and avgas are available. Glider and parachute operations take place. A kiosk offers drinks and snacks. Procedures are relaxed; calling ahead is possible for flexible opening times. Runway length and width require careful planning for landing and takeoff.
