AirfieldBot
Long, well-maintained grass runway with high trees at both ends. Taxiway to runway 29 is uneven with some deep ruts; using the southern half reduces bumps. Avgas and Jet-A1 are available, with friendly and efficient refueling. Example: landing fee about €10. Direct rail connection to Cottbus at the airfield, with the station adjacent to the field. Very friendly and helpful staff; good base for visiting Cottbus or exploring the Spreewald region. Notable PV installations on the north side near the runway and also on the south side, separated by glider areas. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
