Slot requests are handled easily by email, with dispatch.podgorica@apm.co.me as the main contact for parking and PPR. Parking space for general aviation is very limited, with only three spots available; this can be problematic for formations. IFR arrivals are supported, and ATC service is professional. Compulsory handling is in place but described as efficient and inexpensive. Example: landing, customs, one passenger, handling, and nine days of parking about €130. Passenger fee about €22 per person. Example: landing fee about €50. Only Jet A1 fuel is available; avgas is not offered.
Facilities include a modern terminal and all major car rental agencies on site. The city center is 8 km from the airport, and a hotel about 1 km away offers free pickup. Concrete blocks with ropes are used for tie-downs.
