Zweisimmen Airport (LSTZ)

PPR is required by phone, with information on operational constraints such as funeral closures provided during the call. No landing T; use the windsock for wind information. Operations are prohibited from 12:15 to 13:15 LT and the airfield is closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and the third Sunday in September. Parking is on grass east of the runway, north of taxiway B; be aware of a heliport at the north end of the runway. The area has significant glider and transit traffic, and density altitude can be a factor in summer. Example: landing fee about CHF 25, payable via app or cash at the C-office. Toilet facilities are available opposite the C-office.
