ATC and airport staff are friendly and helpful. Immigration and payment procedures are quick when no airline flights are in progress. A slot form is available on the airport website and should be emailed to slot@bnx.aero, as the address on the form itself is incorrect; actual landing and departure times can deviate from the slot without issue. Landing, handling, and parking fees are low. Example: landing about €10, handling about €10, parking about €5 per day. Payment can be made in Bosnian Mark, Euro, or by credit card.
