Weiz/Unterfladnitz Airport (LOGW)

LOGW is located in a scenic hilly area and features a well-maintained grass runway equipped with mats to reduce rolling resistance. PPR is required and can be arranged via Facebook or office@logw.at. There is active glider traffic in the vicinity, and a canteen is available on site. Approaches to runway 18 benefit from initiating the base leg just before the town of Weiz for additional time on final, as the runway is notably short. Staff are described as friendly and helpful.
