PPR is required, typically 24 hours in advance. The airfield is professionally managed and operates as a company-owned aerodrome, with IFR available only during business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00–16:00 local); outside these times, surcharges for handling are high. On weekends, the local aeroclub manages VFR operations and should be contacted directly for access; the aeroclub can be reached at +42-0572-549680. English is spoken for arrival and departure.
Landing fees vary depending on operator and arrangement. Example: landing fee about €20. Parking on the aeroclub side may be free with prior arrangement; company-side parking is charged by the hour. Surcharges for out-of-hours handling can reach about €120 per hour on weekends.
Fuel is available (cash only via the aeroclub). A small restaurant or bar exists on site, and there is an open-air aircraft museum at the field. Taxis to Uherské Hradiště cost about €10, and hotels can be arranged; a train station is located about 500 m from the field with half-hourly service during the day.
Expect a relatively long taxiway after landing when exiting via B to the south. There may be significant parachute activity. Customs (Zoll) is available on request with 24 hours’ notice.
