Dobbiaco Airport (LIVD)

Currently not accessible to visiting pilots due to military restrictions; prior arrangements may be possible via Aero Club Toblach with advance notice and approval required from Milan authorities. The airfield features a grass runway (10/28), officially 700 m and unofficially up to 1,000 m, at an elevation of 1,240 m. The circuit is flown south of the field for noise abatement and should be kept tight due to nearby terrain. No hangar or fuel is available. Voluntary donations are encouraged in lieu of landing fees. A pizzeria is located about 300 meters from the field, and the center of Toblach with cafés and restaurants is approximately three minutes on foot. Minimum altitudes must be observed when flying into adjacent national park areas.
