Mandatory handling applies, with a flat fee of about €60 per flight. An additional passenger fee of about €20 per person may be charged. Example: handling about €60. Hangar space is available for about €60 per day if needed. Parking is free for the first three hours, then costs around €1 per ton per hour. No separate landing or parking fees are charged when handling is paid. A customer form must be completed before arrival, and administrative matters are prepared in advance; emails for prior notice or questions receive prompt replies.

The airport has a long runway and is suitable for trips to the Piedmont region, but it is located far from nearby towns. Taxis can be arranged by staff, with destinations such as Cuneo, Fossano, Savigliano, or Alba accessible by taxi; expect a ride to Fossano to cost about €20 and to Cuneo around €40. On-site activity may be minimal outside scheduled airline operations.

Fuel payment by BP carnet is possible. Hangar space and marshalling services are available. Facilities such as restaurants and Wi-Fi access may be limited or require an Italian SIM card for login; toilet supplies can be inconsistent.

Customs are available with prior notification; procedures require advance notice (see AIP/NOTAM). Staff are described as helpful and efficient with general aviation flights, but service levels can decrease significantly during scheduled airline movements, potentially causing delays.
