Handling alone ranges from about €70 to €130, sometimes with additional per-passenger fees or surcharges in summer. Some reports note that final airport invoices may arrive after departure and can include unexpected or higher charges.

Avgas is available but described as very expensive. Rental cars are available at the terminal; booking online can reduce costs compared to local offers. The city of Cagliari is about 15 minutes by car or taxi from the airport, with taxi fares around €15–20. Several reports mention efficient ATC and generally professional ground staff, though experiences with handling agents vary.
