Civil Airfield Foggia / Gino Lisa (LIBF)

LIBF offers IFR procedures and parking for several days, but overall infrastructure is minimal. Since July 2021, handling is mandatory and managed exclusively by Flyservice. Fees are high relative to the services provided; a single example for IFR arrival and departure, one landing, and three days of parking totals about €560. Another quote lists basic handling about €100, landing and parking authorization about €100, fuel coordination about €30, and additional landing/takeoff fees about €10. Security fees may be added unexpectedly.

No car rental agencies operate at the airport; rental cars are available at Foggia main train station, with taxi rides to the city costing around €15–20 and taking 10–20 minutes. Facilities on site are limited; there is no restaurant or café reported in recent years. Fuel (Avgas 100LL) is available but expensive, with prices above €2.80/L; fuel is not available between 13:00 and 15:00 local time due to siesta.

Staff are generally friendly but English proficiency is limited. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
