Great airfield. PPR received by email within 4 h. People at the field very friendly. No landing fees. Small bar at the field with drinks. Beautiful location. Runway in good condition, with somewhat tall grass. The grass/asphalt/grass transition is very good and can be used for the takeoff roll.

Landings at LFRW are not permitted since spring 2025 except for based aircraft and those from neighboring airfields; diversion to Dinan is advised.
Previously, the airfield required PPR, typically granted by email within hours, and had no landing fees. The field features a large grass runway with a 400x10 m asphalt strip, and the transition between surfaces is smooth. Flooding risk exists, especially at high tide; operational status was confirmed via phone briefing or by contacting the aeroclub. A small bar or clubhouse offered drinks and basic amenities, with Avgas and mogas available when staff were present. The location is notable for its proximity to Mont Saint Michel and its scenic setting.
