Civil Airfield Fayence (LFMF)

Runway markings are difficult to see from the air, and the two asphalt strips are reserved for tow planes. Powered aircraft use a grass runway south of the longer asphalt runway; its condition is acceptable but the ground is uneven and grass can be long, so good propeller clearance is needed. There is significant glider and tow plane activity. The on-field restaurant is very good. The town is worth visiting.
