Civil Airfield Sarreguemines Neunkirch (LFGU)

Well-maintained, long, and wide grass runway. No landing fees. Many people speak German. Air-to-air communication is in French; the same frequency is used by nearby LFQU Sarre Union, so always state the intended airfield in transmissions. There is an on-field restaurant. When arriving from or departing to Germany, crossing Saarbrücken CTR allows the tower to open or close flight plans when the airfield is in sight.
