Civil Airfield Fuentemilanos (LEFM)

LEFM is a VFR-only airfield with a 1,000 m concrete runway (16/34) at 3,300’ elevation, popular for gliding and general aviation. The field is friendly and helpful, with English landing information available. Avgas is available. The taxiway surface is rough in places and requires care to avoid propeller damage. Hangar space can be arranged, and there are basic on-site accommodation options including camping and bungalows; a small café operates on the field.

Segovia is 14–20 km away, accessible by taxi in about 15 minutes for around €20–€22. Fast trains from Segovia reach Madrid in about 25–60 minutes. The airfield manager Gonzalo Suarez can be contacted via details on www.fuentemilanos.com.
