Information from pirep.io:

Description: Paine field is one of the three main GA airports serving the Seattle area. For destinations in the north Seattle area, Paine is usually more convenient than flying into Boeing Field. Paine is home to the Boeing widebody assembly plant. The Boeing ramp occupies almost the same amount of land as the rest of the airport ramps on the northeast side of the airport. The Future of Flight offers Boeing Factory Tours. On the south end of the airport is the Flying Heritage Collection. It's possible to fly-in for it, but the transient parking is located on the other side of the airport and necessitates a long walk around the perimeter of the airport.

Transient Parking: There are a few transient spots located on the central ramp and on the outer terminal ramp. See the map here for details: https://www.painefield.com/DocumentCenter/View/94/Transient-Parking?bidId= Note the fees for parking here in the tie-down section below.

Fuel Location: Self-serve fuel is located on the central ramp next to the Regal Air FBO. Note that it's usually more expensive than other nearby options such as KAWO. Regal Air also has a full-service fuel truck during business hours. There may be a long wait for it, however. Self-serve is your best option here.
