Large GA airport with parallel runways and significant flight training activity, serving northern Phoenix. Departure delays are common. IFR approaches involve extensive vectoring due to proximity to Luke Air Base. Cutter Aviation FBO waives ramp fee with a minimum fuel uplift of 10 gallons; crew car available. Self-service fuel is available elsewhere on the field at a lower price but without facilities.
