IFR approaches involve extensive vectoring due to proximity to Luke Air Base. Cutter Aviation FBO waives ramp fee with a minimum fuel uplift of 10 gallons; crew car available. Self-service fuel is available elsewhere on the field at a lower price but without facilities.
