Long walking distances between parking and terminal, with about 400 meters on foot from Terminal Nord; wearing a high-visibility vest is required when walking airside. The airport is a large facility with significant commercial traffic and complex terminal layouts, making navigation challenging; assistance from staff is helpful for finding payment locations. Example: landing fee about €20. Cheapest GA handler is Melendez, contactable via 131.425 or phone 646 952294, with a fee of about €30 for round-trip service. Only four GA parking spots allow walking to the exit; other positions require handling agents, with minimum fees of about €130. Handling agents can be very busy during holidays and may require notification more than 24 hours in advance; waiting times can be long. Marshallers are friendly but do not assist beyond their duties.
