Civil Airfield Kjeller (ENKJ) PPR

Kjeller (ENKJ) operates as a PPR-only, uncontrolled airfield with no ATS; PPR is arranged easily via myppr or by contacting Kjeller Aero Senter (+47 90562416). Access codes for the gate are provided after PPR confirmation. All arrivals and departures require blind calls; published procedures must be followed. IFR pickups are available with Oslo Approach after departure, and VFR day operations are standard.

Self-service fuel (Avgas 100LL, UL91/96, Jet A1) is available with BP/AirBP card at the automated pump near Taxiway B. Parking is mainly on grass, which can be soft or rough in places; paved parking is limited. The clubhouse is open with bathroom facilities. No taxiway—backtrack on the runway as needed, using blind calls.

Ground transport to Oslo is straightforward: a bus stop is just outside the airport, or it is a 10–15 minute walk to Lillestrøm train station, from which trains reach Oslo city centre in 10–30 minutes. Taxis to Oslo cost around 500 NOK; taxi to the station is about 140 NOK.

Customs are available on request with at least four hours’ notice via flight plan and email to tollops@toll.no; Norway is in Schengen, so no routine person checks for intra-Schengen flights. The airfield is suitable for non-commercial GA use and offers convenient access to Oslo.
