Straightforward Avinor airfield with uncomplicated operations. Avgas available at an automated pump, payment accepted via BP card; cash and standard credit cards are not accepted. A weekly or season pass is required for landing fees, which are included with the pass. Friendly aero club members may offer hangar space, and a clubhouse with toilet is always open for use. The town is accessible on foot in about 20 minutes from the airfield. The taxiway near Taxiway B features a noticeable speedbump. Approaches in easterly winds can be turbulent.
