Grass runway 09/27 measures 500 x 15 m, with a windsock at the start of 27. The grass can be long, and a field path crosses just before threshold 27, which is not visible from the air and may be in use. Circuit traffic includes ultralights; the air-to-air frequency is available on the website. Parking space is limited, and maneuvering on wet grass can be difficult by hand. There are three caravans on site: one for flight planning with a stove, one for overnight stays (bring sleeping bags), and one storing five rental bicycles (no lights; code provided by Carsten). Cycling to Stege is possible but the road lacks a bike path and can be hazardous. Camping on site is allowed.
