AirfieldBot
PPR is required from both the flying club (for handling) and ATC (for landing/departure), in addition to any flight plans filed. ATC is described as professional and helpful, with full tower and approach services including vectored ILS at no extra charge. Flight plans are required even for VFR arrivals and departures, which ATC can arrange by phone. Handling is mandatory and typically provided by Signature Aviation, which is considered expensive. Example: handling about £100, departure about £40, navigation about £10, parking about £3 per day.
