They are open until 8 pm local (forgot to ask when they open in the morning but they were open at 8 am).
For a DA40 and 2 days of parking, we paid (incl VAT):
£27 landing fee
£30 handling fee
£25.20 parking fee for 2 days
£7.50 airport facility fee (calculated as 25% of handling fee)
Staff were very helpful and friendly, however make sure that you don't get the FBO to call a taxi for you on their account as they charge a 25% markup over the actual taxi fee.

Teesside International (EGNV) requires PPR and mandatory handling, currently provided by Jet Centre Willis Aviation, contactable at JetCentre@willisaviation.com or +44 3304 407700. The handling agent is open until 8 pm local and was open at 8 am. Full ATC service is available, with controlled airspace and radar. IFR approaches, including vectored ILS, are included in the landing fee. Parking is typically on the West Apron with a short minibus ride to the Jet Centre; there are no tie-downs but ample ramp space. Modern lounge facilities are available, and staff are described as helpful.
For fees, handling is compulsory and charged separately from landing and parking. Example: landing about £30, handling about £30, parking about £20 for two days, facility fee about £10; all amounts include VAT where stated. Out-of-hours charges apply before 0800 or after 1900 local. Taxi access to the coast takes around 30 minutes; Uber operates efficiently but local taxi availability can be limited, and taxis booked through the FBO incur a 25% surcharge over meter rates.
Booking out for departure may require a phone call to ATC if flying without a flight plan. Photo ID is needed to access the aircraft from landside. Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
Overall, EGNV offers full services suitable for general aviation with efficient handling and modern facilities, though ground transport options can be limited without prior arrangement.
