Grass runways are present and can be difficult to identify on the ground; surface condition includes relatively large holes, which may be problematic for aircraft with low propeller clearance. Parking and landing for four days cost about £75. Overhead join is used for arrival; approach procedures are detailed on the official website. The airfield is located near Heathrow CTR. Staff are helpful, especially with GAR requirements. The clubhouse is described as attractive.
