Llanbedr Airport (EGFD)

PPR is required and handled online via a streamlined, contactless system where payment is made after landing. The airfield is not instrument-rated and operates on a traffic frequency. Three long runways are available, all in good condition, with visitor parking to the north in front of large hangars. Fuel is self-service; credit card acceptance should be confirmed. Facilities include a café and a small flying school. The exit is through a portacabin on the east side; take note of the entry code before leaving. The town and train station are within a few minutes’ walk, with the station serving as a request stop for north-south coastal trains. Bicycle hire and a campsite at Shell Island beach are nearby.
