PPR is required outside weekends and holidays, with phone contact easily available and friendly handling. PPR opening fees on weekdays are about €30 for up to 60 minutes and about €50 for longer; landing fees are low, with examples around €8. The first three landings using a voucher booklet are free, even with PPR opening. The airfield is club-operated, with consistently helpful and welcoming staff.
A modern self-service fuel station offers both MOGas and Avgas 100LL. Facilities are well maintained, including hangars and buildings. A restaurant/café is present, offering coffee and cake at low prices.
The asphalt runway is long, wide, and in good condition but somewhat hilly; approaches are straightforward. Turbulence may occur due to surrounding forests, especially on approach to runway 26 or when winds are not directly aligned. Parking is available on grass areas that remain usable even in wet conditions.
Procedures vary; see AIP/NOTAM.
