PPR required, but arrangements are flexible and staff will open the airfield on request. Segelflug (glider) operations present; caution advised. Lively on-field café/restaurant with outdoor terrace and a reputation for generous portions; kiosk/snack bar also available. Bus stop about 800 meters from the airfield, 8–10 minutes on foot, with a one-way ticket to Krefeld main station costing €3 and a travel time of about 20 minutes. Example: landing fee about €10.
