Sint Truiden / Brustem Airport (EBST)

PPR is required and can be requested via the aerodrome website; if email confirmation does not arrive, phone contact is suggested. The airfield has a long asphalt runway and experiences frequent helicopter sightseeing flights and circuit training, with radio communication almost exclusively in English. Circuit entry is best via one of two mandatory reporting points. An on-site restaurant with a large terrace is available, described as elegant, though some prefer the "Oud Ryckel" tavern 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. No public transport serves the airfield; taxis or bikes are needed for local access.
